WHAT ARE THE DIFFERENT TYPES OF B&B'S
- Homestay Bed & Breakfast (1-3 rooms)
A private home, owner-occupied and used to accommodate paying guests overnight. Breakfast is the only meal served. - Bed & Breakfast (4-8 rooms)
Also an owner-occupied private home but considered a mixed-use commercial property due to its larger size. - Bed & Breakfast Inn (8-20 rooms)
Also owner-occupied, but its primary usage is lodging. Generally it is a small commercial facility that may host events such as weddings, business meetings, etc. Still serves only breakfast to its guests. - Country Inn/Boutique Hotel (6 rooms & up)
These lodging inns may be owner-occupied or have a 24-hour manager on-site that is involved with the daily operations. These establishments are historically or architecturally interesting structures used primarily for providing overnight lodging. They also have a restaurant on the premises that serves at least one meal in addition to breakfast.
All of our bed & breakfasts offer guests old-fashioned hospitality in a world that is often hurried and impersonal. We are certain that you will enjoy your time with us.
